Installing Devices HP DV9000, Help!

I have a new Hp Pavillion laptop that installed Hardy on. I have everything working perfectly except for the mic and the webcam. I tried a bunch of programs and drivers, but I can't get them to work.
Any advice?

Note that the post has been updated off-forum but actually I found this post worked but the updated one didn't! Scroll down to the hardware section for instructions on how to install the webcam driver.
