National Public Radio station Wbur-Boston has added Ogg Vorbis to its streaming audio formats (along with realplayer, windows media player, xmms, and quicktime). Check out this link (http://www.fsf.org/news/wbur-streams-ogg-vorbis).

Yeah I was pretty happy to hear about this I think the Play Ogg team did a very nice job at getting the issues out and helping to convince them to use a free format.

I wonder how we can convince other NPR stations to jimp on the bandwagon and the BBC too, and the CBC?

Id love for WPR And MPR and other state npr affilates to jump on the bandwagon

I was pretty happy to see this as well. I added the stream to my media player as soon as I saw the news (on Bruce Perens' blog, I think). I listen to NPR quite a bit, and I'm happy to see a station streaming its broadcast in a non-patent encumbered format.
