What image should I download?

Ok, that's a question but it is really non-ubuntu to post it in general help. Sorry!

Well, I was recently given an old laptop.
With the Xubuntu live CD I can see:

Memory: 234.1MB
Processor: mobile AMD Athlon(tm) 4 Processor

I would like to make a Debian net install.
Which image should I download from here (http://www.debian.org/CD/netinst/#netinst-stable)?

amd64?
