after a lot of search i didn't find any solution HOW to make pidgin work through http proxy (corporate lan)

please help

It depends on the configuration of your corporation's proxy, and the protocol you are instructing Pidgin to use.

I would talk to your network guys and ask them if it's possible to use pidgin with protocol <unspecified> on their network.

EDIT: I've also just found an intuitive GUI configuration setting right inside pidgin. Tools>Preferences>Network>Configure Proxy...

If you can't work it out from there, post back and I'll see what I can do to help

1. network is windows domain. but proxy - it's simply freeBSD machine with network rulez. all programs (except IMs) work fine in ubuntu and all programs work fine in windows.gaim says that my network don't accept the tunneling of 443, 5222/5223 ports. but it is fake. example, qip through wine works perfect
