Clearly this site is in the pocket of MS, however their efforts to make windows look good are maybe a little too enthusiastic.

The time value seems to be a sum of all the computers max or something like that. I don't think that is a good way of comparing them and mIRC is still not an os.

Maybe they're counting the uptime of windows (or windows being open) since the invention of glass.:)
