Help! Duel Boot

I need to set up a duel boot between Windows and Ubuntu. I currently have to use the Ubuntu CD to load but when I try to load windows, Unsuccessful. Any Ideas? Is there any way to boot without the disk? Thanks

Yes, It will load to windows and then freezes.
