[SOLVED] Determing Path For Newly Installed Stuff

I am using KUbuntu 7.10. How do I determine the path name of something I just installed with Adept?

It happens to be the vim-gtk, but I cannot find it on the menus.

Try this in a terminal:

whereis vim-gtk
