I downloaded the Ubuntu Customization Kit (http://uck.sourceforge.net/). Since with this software I can modify the content of the live CD, I can add new applications which do not come with .deb packages but with installation scripts. My question is, if I use the customized live CD to install Ubuntu on the hard disk, will the applications added with shell scripts still appear in the new install? If not, is there an easy way to do this?
