Which would I buy? Kingston.

Other than that, it is difficult to really judge. I haven't heard of any RAM vendor being bad.

My mobo has 533 mhz fsb and will it support 667 mhz ddr2 ram?

it will work in your computer although the motherboard will underclock it to 533 MHz and you wont get the benefit that you just spent extra money for. Its best to get DDR2 533 in your case.

WHat if i mix 256mb 533 mhz ddr2 ram with 1gb 667 mhz ddr2 ram? will there be any problems?

the only problem will be you wasting money. The 667 will run at 533 and then they will be matching. Make sure that the CAS latency on the 667 is not higher than the 533. You may be better just putting in the 1 GB and leaving the 256 MB out.
