Hi all,

I have an application that runs under tomcat/apache with mysql.
So far the system was running on an internal network but in the future it will run on the internet.

Obviously security should be taken under consideration.

So my question is this: Can anyone recommend on a good book (or website) that discuss Linux security (for servers)

thank you!

One of my favorites is the Securing Debian Manual (http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/securing-debian-howto/), although it could be called the Securing Debian Tome.

That wasn't very funny, but I like the word "tome".

Tome.

well you could go with a classic.
