System keeps crashing(xubuntu7.04)

Hi can anyone help.

My system keeps on crashing out of no where(5 times in total today)

and after the crash comes a black screen,and it showed something like this:

bcmxx_microcode43.fw

This is not all of the code but I hope this helps.

hi there,
that file is a bcm43xx firmware file for the bcm43xx Wireless Card.
Can you please post your /var/log/syslog file (upload it to pastebin or something first, as it will most likely be VERY big), and the output of sudo lspci.
