Hello,
after updating to 8.04 I experience problems with firestarter / network interfaces.
Firestarter can be activated, but if I click "Lock Firewall", it freezes.
If I kill the process, no more network connection are possible (until reboot).
ifup/ifdown works normal.
In network.conf, I have eth1 enabled (no eth0)
nm-tool however shows "connected" for eth0
Strange behavior from "Network Tools". Selecting an interface at "Devices" (for instance eth1) and "Configure", I get "The interface does not exist"
Can someone help?
Best regards,
toxamus
