Hello,

I'm going to buy a new PC (assembling it by myself) with two HDDs for RAID 0. I'm also going to install WinXP on it, and after that Ubuntu Server Edition. I desire performance in games on XP, and stable Ubuntu to work on it.

How to do that? Software RAID works only on Ubuntu, doesn't it? Will I need RAID 0 made in BIOS?

Thanks in advance.

you can buy a hardware raid controller but the good controllers are expensive.

After that you mast thing what file system you will use
