Hi all. I have a network set up at home between two computers. I know where to go in Ubuntu to access my other computer (Places > Network), but when I try to access the shared folder, I'm asked for a username, domain, and password. What are these supposed to be? I don't use a username or password on Windows, which is what my other PC runs.

Thanks.

Try the Places>Connect to Server option. How are the shares set up on Windows ?

I went there but I'm not sure how to fill out that screen. I tried choosing "Windows Share" and then I typed the name of my network ("HOME"), and got the message that it was already mounted.

After choosing "Windows Share", use the "Browse Network" button.
