When i trying to start ubuntu without installing it, it stands " busybox v(some version i dont remember the numbers) and under that it stands " --- Device not accepting (numbers or such)4, Device not accepting (numbers or such) 5--"
then i can type help and some commands appears in the screen, but I dont know what to type or is the Image-file i burned to a cd damaged ?

I followed the Cd-burn-image instructions and i've downloaded the Infrarecorder program and burned through it.

I have a Medion Laptop - 1,3 ghz with 756 mb ram so Ubuntu should could run on it. But i dont got a cd-rom built-in the laptop, i have an Extern cd-rom driver that I plug-in through the usb, Maybe thats the problem? Im very eager to test ubuntu, but I can't get it started. Please help me! Thank you

(excuse my english, im swedish and I am not so good at the spelling on eng.) /Degpojke
