Newly installed ubuntu hardy takes very long time to boot compared to the previous installed gutsy.
Examination of the dmesg output shows that there appears to be a problem with the ata drive identification.

Reading some threads suggest several solutions such as using irqpoll in the grub, no suggestion fixed the problem.
Does anyone encounter this issue and a solution ?
