was wondering if anyone could recommend a decent over the air hd tv tuner card that works well with ubuntu.I have an older system so there is no need to go over the top.I have a P4 pentium with 2 gigs of ram on this mother board here http://usa.asus.com/products.aspx?modelmenu=2&model=197&l1=3&l2=12&l3=40&l4=0 except I do not have the agp 4x slot on the board(to bad)so I will be using a pci slot.I would like a card that can boost graphics performance also if this is possible.

also if any one would know if I can take an agp4x socket and pop it onto the board and flash with the asus bios for this board. The reason I do not have the slot is because this is a compaq with an asus board.I've been reading that these prebuilt systems do not like to be fiddled with.

Thanks

HERE (http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Tuner_Card#Cards_that_work) is a list of what's compatible with mythbuntu. i recommend mythbuntu if you're going to get a high def card. it comes with xfce desktop, but i installed ubuntu-desktop on top of it. works great.
