Failure to authenticate

I'm trying to upgrade my system, and my update manager is telling me to do a partial upgrade of some packages, but the system always fails to authenticate the packages. Could this be caused by the proxy server here?

Try switching to the main server in Software Sources.

If that does not fix it there may be a problem with the sources file
