I don't know if its possible, but I hope it is.
I am learning right now how to program with C++, so I have to read a lot of code and read its explanation, what really sucks is when I'm looking at the pdf file and I'm looking at the code, then reading the explanation in the next page, then returning back to see the code so I can understand, so what I want to do is the following, this there any way to freeze, for example, the upper half of the screen (which in my case contains the code), so no matter what page I go to, the code is still in front of me...

that would making reading much easier..
If thats not possible, how can I make (lets say the default text editor) always on top?

thx
