What happened to gnome-keyring-manager?

Is there a front end for the gnome-keyring, to allow users to store their own custom login/password combinations, or does gnome-keyring only allow credentials passed in from applications using the API?

Applications - Accessories - Password and Encryption keys. The last tab, passwords, does the same thing as gnome-keyring did that I see.
