View Full Version : [xfce] Missing applications in "autostarted apps"

Hi,

I seem to be missing a lot of the autostarted applications in the "Autostarted Apps" manager inside Xfce... For example, I used to run Yakuake (Quake-style terminal) but it wouldn't be showing up inside this manager. The same counts for a good other deal of applications.

The result? I find better/different alternatives to applications (in my case, Tilda over Yakuake), uninstall the old application and... Xfce will still try to run the old non-existant application, leaving tons of errors inside my .xsession-errors file.

Any fixes to this? Any reason why there are so few applications showing up in there? Do I really have to go to Gnome (which I used before) and use its startup manager just to remove these applications? Another good question (since I'm not TOO experiences with Linux config files): where are these startup entries usually stored, anyway, so that I can perhaps remove them manually?
