planet.ubuntu.com failed RSS feed in windows environment

I seem to have a problem with my planet Ubuntu rss feed. Ik tried using RSSowl and Firefox in windows. In RssOwl the feed was working until yesterday.
I tried to contact them to report this, but I couldn't find a link on the planet webpage.
has anybody else experienced this on windows and can anybody tell me how to inform the mods?

May it be a problem with your software? The feed seems to work as usual. You may want to file a support request at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu-website.

well, it works again, so if there was a problem with my software it corrected itself....
