Atmosphere Lite....a program for creating MP# and WAV files for background noise.Has anybody heard of something like that for Ubuntu?

What Atmosphere lite does is allow you to choose different sounds to add to a loop to record.What I am looking for is to record an MP3 file with sounds like rain or storms to pop into the CD player whem I go to bed to sleep to.Something to cover the noises outside the window of a busy street...thnx
