System->Administration->Software Sources
You can enable other official repos there, or add/remove third party repositories. Is there something specific you want to add?

system > admin > synpatic package manager > settings > repositories > ubuntu software > universe/ multiverse/ restricted (select these and you will have loads more)

Envy legacy? EnvyNG is available in the Hardy repositories, this is what you should be using if you are installing restricted drivers using Envy*
The directions are available at http://www.albertomilone.com/nvidia_scripts1.html along with the legacy .deb package for normal Envy.
