Is there a way to change the load order of programs that I want to start when ubuntu starts?

I want amsn and "Simplify Media" to load when ubuntu starts, however when I add them to "sessions" they load before the rest of the system tray. This is an annoyance because they then don't load with the system tray icons.

Thanks for your help

I've never played around with changing the load order, but I'd be curious if changing the order number under the 'Current Session' tab to a lower number than 50 would affect anything.

I don't know, is that just prosesor priority? or something different?
