Recently, Hardy unleashed about 50 or so updates to the programs on my computer, which is fine, I'm sure many of them needed it. Except now its seems Synaptic and Add/Remove programs are out of sync. For example, even though I use Pidgen for Instant Message, it shows up that I have Kopete installed on the K-menu, installed on Synaptic Package Manager, but it is unchecked on Add/Remove Programs. Interestingly enough, Add/Remove Program only shows the Kopete for KDE-4, yet I have KDE-3.5.? installed on my computer.
Is there a way to get everyone back in sync with each other? Thanks.
