Webcam

can somebody help me,, i lost my webcam installation cd,,and now i want to install my webcam on my laptop.. can you give some other ways to install my webcam without using the cd??

You don't need the installation disk to install your webcam in Ubuntu the disk is for M$ drivers & software. Post the results of the command > lsusb

my laptop is in microsoft,, oh im confused.. i have already installed the driver for this model PK-935 of my webcam and then when i connect my webcam it cannot be installed,,
