I recommend that you use Envy to install your Nvidia driver.

A shortcut: Go into System -> Administration -> Restricted Drivers Manager and install nvidia driver for your NVIDIA graphic card. You need to reboot (or at least restart X) after the installation

Did you follow this steps?

System -> Administration -> Restricted Drivers Manager

and install nvidia driver.

It detects when you have a NVIDIA card

i can not find Restricted Drivers Manager in administrator

Click on the "System" menu located on your left-uppermost screen, then select/click on "Administration" sub-menu, then select/click on the "Restricted Drivers Manager". If it detects that you have an NVIDIA card, then it allows you to click on "Install".

Be sure that you are using GNOME and not KDE desktop
