Making a live cd with Ubuntu 8 and AVG Antivirus 7.5 for linux

I was wondering if it was possible to make a custom live CD with Ubuntu 8 but also adding AVG Antivirus (here's the download for that: http://free.grisoft.com/ww.download?prd=afl)

Could someone walk me through it?

You don't need an anti virus in Ubuntu.

I'm using it to scan Windows hard drives in Ubuntu, that's why I want the "Live" cd, so I don't have to install it on the machine.
