that connect to AIM & Yahoo simultaneously? Are there more then Kopete and Pidgin?

Kopete and Pidgin are clients, not protocols.

AIM's protocol is Oscar
Jabber & Google Talk's protocol is XMPP
I don't know if the others have special names, but I know MSN uses the SIP protocol for video.

Thats what i meant..I dont know why i said protocols...:lolflag: I just wanted to know if there were more then kopete and pidgin that I could try that connect to Yahoo &Aim

Finch you can use. I use Finch. It uses the same libraries as Pidgin (libpurple) and uses the same accounts, so it is easy to use if you already have Pidgin configured.

Of course, it is CLI.

There's also Ayttm and Centericq. I've only used them for Yahoo though.
