HELP! Xubuntu 8.04 alternate on bootable pen drive.. using windows

This is driving me crazy. I dug up an old laptop of mine and I'm trying to install Xubuntu 8.04. Unfortunately, the CD drive is failing and can not make it through the installation. I'm looking to make a bootable pen drive with the Xubuntu 8.04 alternate iso, but can not find the proper tutorials to do so on a Windows PC. Everything I find is based on creating it with Ubuntu. Any help here guys?
