I noticed that from Ubuntu I can access all of my data no matter what drive it is on (Window partition or Ubuntu). But from Windows XP I can only see the Window Partition (glad its that way for security). What is a good procedure to share files with Ubuntu.

Should I set up a sharing folder in the Windows partition? I was thinking that then I could save files in both OS there and still see it from the other. Good Idea or bad?

When I used to dual boot between Windows and Linux, I created a small FAT32 partition for files which I wanted to be accessible from either operating system. Or you could just put the files on a usb flash drive, if you have a port for it. Depends on how large the files are that you want to share, and how frequently they would be accessed.

A flash drive is a great idea! That is what I will do. It is mostly stuff like Doc. and Jpg. files. Thank you!:)
