Launch apps on top

I am just starting to try using desktop launchers with gdesklet, and I was wondering if anyone knows of a launcher that is able to always be on top?

Or perhaps if there's a way to make one able to always be on top, through gedit or something.

It is not possible for gDesklets to be on top of your windows - it is not built for it to function like that.
