I have a USR 5422 USB WLAN adapter. I am unable to have it working under 8.04 hardy heron ppc distribution.
Does anyone know how to get the thing to work?

Hi there,I had the same problem.
I wanted to use my old laptop (originally without any WiFi) with USR5422.

I found ndiswrapper which lets you use windows xp driver for WiFi hardware.
Here are some usefull links:

er/Ndiswrapper (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/Driver/Ndiswrapper)

I don't know if it'll work on PPC.

BTW Xubuntu 8.04 on PII 333MHz 192 MB RAM 6 GB HDD - works OK if you're not too demanding :)
