32 bit install error 5

Hi,

well i have tried 3 different download sites, with three different disc's and i get the same error trying to install hardy, it always stops at 27% and says the dvd drive or disc is faulty.

Well I can install hardy 32 server no problem.

when i try a clean install on hardy i always get the error 5 dvd drive or disc is faulty.

any ideas?

You can install desktop on top of server with


sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop
