I installed system updates, and now my Wifi does not work. Do I have to re-do something?

EDIT: Sorry for being vague, forgot it wasn't an apple-intel forum anymore... On a macbook pro 2nd gen...

need to compile madwifi drivers again.

follow directions in the wiki as before.
