This is not a commercial or something, I just accidentally came across this and I was wondering if something like this was possible in Linux?
If I got it, It's transferring the image through LAN and uses the screen of the other laptop as a second monitor...

Knowing how customizable Linux is and the fact that xserver works in a client-server model I was sure it's possible but the question remains... how to do it.
I kept searching and I found those 2 links, I'm compelled to try it but I don't have time currently, I'd be great if someone provides a structured tutorial/how-to on do it.
