Swap partion bug,should I be worried?(I have not installed yet)

I was going to install an upgrade of xubuntu 8.04 with the alternative cd.I was finding out information first and I went to xubuntu´s web site.

I saw there cavecats section and I saw this bu with swap partitions:

So I was wondering should I be worried about this?,has the bug been fixed? and has anyone have this problem too?

It does actually say on the page that the fix was released. So I guess not to worry
