I just got done upgrading from 7.10 to 8.04 and every thing went fine. Today I discovered there is a Ubuntu Studio and would really like to get that running on my system because I mainly use my Ubuntu machine for graphics and audio editing anyways. Is there a way I can get this installed on my system without having to have someone create a install disk for me?

Yes open up Synaptic (System => administration => Synaptics) and search for Ubuntu Studio

It has all the packages you need.

yeh you really dont need to copy over your existing partition, as ubuntu studio and its packages are in the repositories.
