GDM user login icon

Once again, it is not a show stopper or anything big, but this is bugging the hell outta me. Since the upgrade to Hardy, I cannot change my login image in GDM. I go to About Me and change it there, but nothing happens.

I can even go into my /home/user directory and create a .face and .face.icon but that doesn't seem to fix it. Anyone hear of this before?

This is still a problem in Ubuntu Lucid Lynx. You can however fix it manually by deleting the old GDM face icons in /var/cache/gdm.
