I can't do anything with apt-get, remove, install, anything:

jacob@xubuntu:~/downloads/oslib$ sudo apt-get install unrar

The following NEW packages will be installed:

First, I tried removing automake, no dice.

After a bit of google, I tried apt-get -f install && dpkg --configure -a

sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
