Hi!
I just upgraded to 8.04 on my Dell 1420n w/ 8400m. Upgrade went quite smoothly, except that on login, all of my window decorations were invisible. I turned compiz off, and they came back, so I wondered if it was something with transparency. Long story short, I had to go to gconf and make metacity_theme_opacity and metacity_theme_active_opacity in /apps/gwd both equal to 1 (no transparency) before they would reappear. Anyone else have a similar problem, or know how to get this working again?
