It's the best QT4 tutorial there is.

There was another tutorial for QT4 at digitalfanatics.org, but it has been discontinued because it is now a published book: http://qt4.digitalfanatics.org/tiqt/

I haven't read it, but "C++ GUI Programming with Qt 4" is freely available online: http://www.qtrac.eu/C++-GUI-Programming-with-Qt-4-1st-ed.zip

You should also take a look at Trolltech's "How to Learn Qt" page: http://doc.trolltech.com/4.4/how-to-learn-qt.html
