Looking for a panel app

I'm looking for a panel app that will display my download/upload speeds on the panel in kbs. System monitor is no good for me because it displays a graph, not numbers. I'm sure there was an applet like this in Gutsy but I can't find it in Hardy. Can someone help me with this?

Don't know about a panel app, but conky can do that.

it is called netspeed applet. It is likely to be in repository. It is there in fedora repository which is much smaller than Ubuntu repository.
