Windows that are too big

I've got my font dpi and font sizes increased. Unfortunately not all developers take into consideration that people might have different font sizes and every now and then there is the occasional non-resizable dialog with the OK/Cancel buttons that don't fit on the screen.

Currently I try hiding the top and bottom panels and this sometimes helps, but not always.

Does anyone know of an efficient way to deal with it? For example I would love something that could forcefully resize the dialog even if it is not meant to be resized.

Wish there was a way... but did you know you can alt+click to move a window? and you can alt-middle drag to resize with out grabbing the corner.
It's not perfect... but it does provide some kind of solution to your problem. Yeah.. it can be a pain. You should contact the developers of the progrma to fix the problem. There are plenty of us visually challenge to test it, that's for sure. Good luck!
