so i installed, everything went fine,
Dual boot.
OS X works fine,
Refit however seems weird,
I ran the refit partition tool after reboot after the instal,
it just gives me this little faded linux pinguin and does not boot.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Sara

Ha!
So this is interesting,
When I reboot holding down alt, it lets me select either refit or "windows".

Windows is actually ubuntu, although I don't know how to alter this or have the refit boot menu load ubuntu, but it does seem to work if I do this method.
Awesome that's a start, though
I still need to fix this.

Hi, there are several posts on this topic in this forum. I think you may want to look at this post (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=766074&page=3) as well as this one (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=767677). There may be others too. Just look around for "no bootable device" errors.

there is a bug in refit with this last release. It is required to use the partition tool once, but you will have to hold ALT to choose Ubuntu until there is a fix found.
