KDE4 folder errors

Hello,

I'm using Kubuntu with KDE4 (from the apt repo). I think there's something wrong with my installation, when I try to install a new theme in Kopete (from file) I get this error: "Could not find a suitable place to install that chat window theme in the user folder."

The "Fetch new..." (from the internet) button is also disabled, same goes for icons and other windows that allows fetching themes from kde-look.org...

Is this a bug or is it "just me"? Thanks :)

As you'll find, KDE4 is loved by developers, hated by users.

It's quite possible that it is a bug, or possibly due to the fact that kde4 has it's own folder in your home directory (~/.kde4), rather than just .kde.
