Remapping Keyboard

In KDE I can go to System Settings / Keyboard and Mouse and remap keys like ALT+SHIFT. How do I do this in Gnome?

I am one of perhaps ten people who actually use the command center (it's on my AWN dock). It's called Keyboard Shortcuts there, which means it is either in preferences or system. Most likely Preferences.
