I'm new to forums and Ubuntu and am trying out Wubi 8.04. I have a Win XP MCE P4 machine. After reboot I get the OS menu, but when I choose Ubuntu the computer reboots. This happens everytime I choose Ubuntu and I have tried up to 5 consecutive times.
When I tried to LiveCD I get the Ubuntu Menu but if I try to check the CD for defects I get "I/O error. Error reading boot disk"
Any suggestions?
