Hi

I've got a 2GB USB memory stick. I've deleted all the files and folders, including the hidden files, and the stick now seems to be empty - you can't see anything when it's opened. However, properties says I've only 1.3GB, with the rest being used.

Anyone know what's going on?

Empty the trash.

I've already emptied the trash, and Disk Usage Analyser seems to suggest that the memory is all used, has a size of 32KB and 0 items.

Strange

Is there an easy way to do that?

try to format the stick

Beat me to it.. use gparted...works well...double check you are formating the correct device! If you want the stick to work in linux and windows (and macs too) try fat32 as the format.
